Default Palomino

Palomino was the place to fly today. Bill and I had the place to ourselves. It was blowing straight in when we got there. The wind direction changed to west by the time we were ready to fly which isn't the preferred direction, but it worked. The lift was light and smooth for the first 40-45 minutes and then the wind got stronger and it began to get turbulent. I flew for an hour and then landed as I wanted to be able to break down my glider in less than gale force winds. It looks like Duck will be the site to fly for the next two days if the wind doesn't get too strong there.
